Through gentle, long-held stretches (3-5min), Yin yoga targets the deeper layers of the body—fascia, ligaments, and tendons- to ease tension, support joint health and flexibility, and promote deep relaxation.
This practice encourages stress release, enhances body awareness, and activates the rest-and-digest response, creating a peaceful space to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with yourself

Restorative Yoga with Reiki and Sound Healing
This event combines (3) healing practices for a truly unique experience that will help restore balance, peace, and calm to the mind, body, and spirit.
While you are in each restorative pose, Autumn will lay hands on specific parts of the body to deliver the tranquil healing Reiki energy to you. Class is finished in Savasana with 15 minutes of Sound Healing.
No yoga experience is necessary. Suitable for all ages and all bodies
