To be fair to clients on the waiting list and in consideration of Autumn's time and professional availability, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting us directly or by scheduling/rescheduling through the PocketSuite app. All requests are time-stamped and subject to this policy.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
No-show appointments (failure to arrive without notice) will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to honor scheduled sessions that follow. Clients remain responsible for the full session fee, regardless of session length.
Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell. If you are sick or beginning to feel sick, please reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss whether rescheduling is appropriate.
Illness and emergencies are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, when excused, the session will need to be rescheduled.
All services provided at The Mindful Body are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual in intent or practice.
Inappropriate behavior (verbal, physical or sexual) will result in immediate termination of the session, with payment due in full.
